Required Documents and Certificates for Representative Office Registration
1、Foreign (Region) Enterprise Resident Representative Office Establishment Registration Application (the needed fixed formats provided by our company);
2、Proof of the domicile of the foreign (Region)enterprise and proof of lawful operation evidencing its existence for more than 2 years(Business License);
3、Articles of Association or Organization Agreement of the foreign (Region)enterprise;
4、Proof or authorization of persons with signing rights issued by the foreign (Region)enterprise (the needed fixed formats provided by our company);
5、Appointment Letters of chief representative and representatives and their Identification Certifications issued by the foreign (Region)enterprise(the needed fixed formats provided by our company);
6、Credit Certifications issued by financial institutions which the foreign (Region)enterprise has business with;
7、The resumes of chief representative and representatives;
8、Legal use certification of the registered representative office domicile.
Specification Requirements:
1、The application shall be signed by the person who has the signing right ,and with black or black blue pens.The writing should be clear and neat.
2、All the files, if not mentioned in duplicate, should be handed in original;
3、If the documents mentioned above are written in a foreign language, the Chinese translation version shall be submitted, and stamped by the related translation company;
4、Item 2 Subject qualification certificates or other pertinent operation certificates evidencing its existence for more than 2 years(Business License) issued by the pertinent departments of the country or region that the foreign (region) enterprise is registered in;
5、The original credit Certifications issued by financial institutions which the foreign (Region)enterprise has business with shall be submitted;
6、The documents, mentioned in item 2,3,4,5,6, shall notarized in the local notary organs or its authorized institutions, and certified in the local Chinese embassy. Notarization and certifications of the relevant documents of Enterprise representative institutions in Hong Kong, Macao and Formosa shall be conducted in accordance with the current stipulations;
7、In item 8, the original property ownership certificate shall be submitted with the photocopy of the original property ownership certificate to the authority for examination and approval; the original premises lease contract with lease term more than one year and the photocopy of property ownership certificate of lessee,if the the photocopy of property ownership certificate can not provided, the photocopies of other certificates of the ownership of or right to use the houses to certify the property ownership.If the lessee is a hotel or a restaurant, the photocopy of business license of the hotel or the restaurant shall be submitted.
